Ronald P. Van

Mr. Van was born in Vietnam but raised in Orange County, California. He graduated from Pacific High School as Valedictorian.  He then attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In 2000, he graduated magna cum laude from USC. Mr. Van went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2003.

Mr. Van’s law practice focuses on complex civil litigation and the representation of developers and general contractors throughout the state of California.  He has extensive arbitration and mediation experience.  Mr. Van’s preparation, work ethic, integrity, and negotiation skills have earned the respect of clients, opposing parties and counsel, claims representatives, and many insurance carriers.  He has successfully and efficiently resolved numerous complex cases on behalf of his clients while minimizing costs for his clients and maximizing risk transfer strategies.

In addition to complex construction litigation, Mr. Van’s practice also includes general liability defense in matters involving products liability, premises liability, and personal injuries.  Mr. Van is an active member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
