Ms. Johnson was born in Bishop, California. She graduated in 1991 from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. Ms. Johnson earned her juris doctor in 1998 from Whittier College School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998. Additionally, Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
Since admission to the Bar, Ms. Johnson has represented a variety of clients from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies in employment and business related matters.
Ms. Johnson has jury and bench trial, and mediation experience. She specializes in Employment and Business Litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour and breach of contract.
