Ms. Flores was born in Orange, California. She graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2021. During her time at Loyola, Ms. Flores served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Ms. Flores also served as a coordinator for the Young Lawyers Mentorship Program at Loyola Law School, which offered mentorship and trial advocacy education to high school students from low-income communities across Los Angeles. Ms. Flores was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021. She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Orange County Bar Association.
