Jeffrey N. Stewart was born in Pasadena, California. He graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Stewart has been admitted to the California State Bar as well the bar of the United State District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Stewart’s practice focuses on construction litigation and bodily injury litigation. In the construction field, he has represented general contractors as well as numerous construction trades and material suppliers. Mr. Stewart has also handled toxic tort, product liability, wrongful death and asbestos cases. He has litigated matters throughout the State of California. He has tried cases to verdict and has substantial mediation experience.
Prior to joining Chapman Glucksman Dean & Roeb, Mr. Stewart managed a law office for OneBeacon Insurance that was dedicated exclusively to construction litigation. He handled a full caseload while managing the office. He litigated numerous construction cases in both Southern California and Northern California.
