Through the accident of his father’s deployment, Mr. Christoph was born in Jacksonville, Florida, although he considers himself a lifelong Californian, and was raised in San Diego and Santa Barbara. He earned his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, J.D. in 1995.
As a litigator, Mr. Christoph has concentrated his practice for the last twenty years in the construction related litigation. He has focused his representation on the defense of property developers, general contractors, specialty contractors, real estate brokers and agents, churches, and schools, involving claims arising from all aspects of construction, from contracting through defect. In addition, Mr. Christoph has extensive experience in construction / indemnity related claims, as well as wrongful death, bodily injury and paralysis, professional liability, business contract and torts, and premises liability claims.
In 1996, Mr. Christoph was admitted to the State Bar of California, and has been admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
